If you are under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must read and agree to these Ts&Cs for you.

2. Your responsibilities

As a client of Wild Her Naturopathy, it is your responsibility to attend consultations on time, be respectful to our practitioners/staff at all times, follow instructions provided by your practitioner, pay fees when due, and provide accurate medical and health information. It is also your responsibility to provide an update of information as it changes and inform your practitioner of any changes in health concerns, including ongoing treatments and medications.

It is important to acknowledge that Naturopathy will not provide you with quick results. My role is to support your long-term health and provide you with the tools and education necessary to understand and enhance your own health. I ask that you are aware of this and work with me with an open-mind and realistic expectations around treatment. It is up to you as the client to be willing to follow advice and provide honest information about your health. If I am required to work harder than you during our interactions together, I will refer you on to other practitioners who may be more appropriate for your health concerns.

3. Services

Wild Her Naturopathy provides online Naturopathy consultations and programs with ongoing assistance to support health.

Products are provided via orders placed with third party supplies such as vital.ly, Ariya Health, Oborne Health Suppliers, Natural Script etc. If you purchase from such third-party supplies, you are agreeing to comply with their Ts&Cs and any applicable laws.

We kindly ask that new clients complete this form 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.  If an intake form has not been completed prior to your appointment, it will need to be completed during the consultation at the expense of the scheduled consultation time. Unfortunately, no extra time can be allocated and full fees will be charged out of respect to both the practitioner and other clients. Refusal and/or failure to complete the intake form will mean that your appointment will not go ahead.

OVERSEAS CLIENTS: Where you are based outside of Australia, it is your responsibility to ensure that the Products and Services ordered by you can be ordered, imported and used where you are based. We will not be responsible for any orders being confiscated or otherwise not being permitted to be provided to you as a result of the local laws in your area.
